RnR Agency

The RnR Agency is a full service artist management company and record label in the Netherlands. Our clients include Benjamin Winter (US), Yen Harley (NL) and Steve Savage (US). Our main strengths are artist management, A&R, product management and tour management. Our company thrives on the belief in our talented artists. We represent music artists whom are influenced by the genres folk, grunge, alternative rock, alternative country, hip hop, blues and popular rock.

Background

The RnR agency was founded by Ravinia Thwaites in 2006 as a booking agency and soon developed into a management company and record label in 2008. In 2009 the RnR Agency took a step back in her booking and label activities and moved its focus to artist management.

Philosophy

When we find an artist we love, we are fully equipped and experienced in all capacities to work on their music career one step at a time. By managing as a whole and supporting our artists on all sides, we create a full profile and let it grow effectively. This is the RnR Agency philosophy.
